Support
Effective September 5, 2026
Weirlog is built and supported by Hoss Automation LLC. Support is a person, not a call center — every request lands with the builder, and the fastest way to help him help you is to say what plant you were on and what you were trying to record.
1.Reaching us
If you are signed in, use Support inside the app: your request is logged with its context, receipts are immediate, and urgent ones — a number in dispute, being blocked near a due date — go to the front on their own. It still reaches the same person.
Signed in, Help — the sidebar on a computer, the top bar on a phone — holds the guides: uploading a permit, the daily visit, the lab queue, the reports, and the protocols we follow. They are written and released by a person, and each one ends with a door to a person if it did not answer you.
Otherwise, email nick.hochstedler@hossautomation.com, or call or text 317-850-1570. Both reach Nick Hochstedler directly.
We answer on Indiana business hours and sooner when a plant is in the middle of something. If a reading will not save, say so in the first line — that is the one problem we treat as urgent, because the round is happening now and the record has to hold.
2.What to include
The plant, roughly when it happened, and what you expected to see instead. A screenshot of the screen you were on is worth more than a description of it. If a number looks wrong on a report, send the report and the parameter — every computed value on it carries the rule, the window and the non-detect policy it was computed under, and that disclosure is usually where the answer is.
3.What support does not cover
We support the software. We do not operate your plants, interpret your permit for you, or decide whether a result is a violation — Weirlog shows every number's position against your permit and leaves that judgment with your certified operator, which is where the law puts it.
Weirlog also never submits anything to NetDMR or any other state or federal system, and never signs on anyone's behalf. If a submission needs to happen, it happens on the state's own system, signed by a certified human under their own login.
4.Accounts, data and deletion
You can close your own Weirlog account from inside the application: open Account — the left sidebar on a computer, the top bar on a phone — and choose Close my account. The screen states exactly what is deleted and what is kept before you confirm.
If you cannot sign in, or you want to close an entire organization's account, weirlog.com/delete-account sets out both routes, and nick.hochstedler@hossautomation.com reaches us directly.
Requests about your data — an export or a correction — go to the same address, and the privacy policy describes exactly what can be removed and what the compliance ledger keeps.
